Where is my deposit?

When you make a booking request on TheatreDigsBooker.com, the transaction is actually an 'authorisation' to take that amount of money from your PayPal account or Credit / Debit Card account should the booking be accepted.


If your booking is rejected or expires then your deposit is never processed. Instead it becomes void and the funds are returned to your account.


This can take between 7 - 10 days* from the time the Host rejects the booking - depending on your bank's policy. 


In any case, we only 'capture' your deposit if the booking is accepted by the Host and this secures your booking.


*This happens immediately at our end but the time taken to show your refund/returned funds depends on your bank or credit card policy.
