What is it?


The Wallet feature will allow Guests to use a credit towards any new booking deposits on TheatreDigsBooker. Credits can be issued by TheatreDigsBooker to Guests for a number of reasons at the company's discretion.  


How do I use it?


If a Guest has any credit in their Wallet, they can see this by heading over to their 'My Account' page and looking for their 'Wallet balance'. 





Any credit in a Guest’s Wallet is automatically put towards a deposit when requesting a booking and this is shown when confirming payment details.


Wallet payments used towards a booking deposit are also shown just before a Guest confirms a booking.




  • If there is enough credit in the Wallet balance to cover a deposit, the Guest can simply confirm the Wallet payment and make the booking request. 
  • If there isn’t enough credit in the wallet to cover the deposit, the Guest can simply pay the difference between the Wallet balance and the total deposit amount.







Will my Wallet credit ever expire?


No. The balance of the Guest's Wallet will ever expire!


What if my booking gets cancelled?


If a booking is cancelled, any Wallet credit used towards the booking is refunded back to the wallet, ready to use again.


What if my booking is reduced in price and I paid part of the deposit with a Wallet payment?


If a booking is amended and the cost of the stay and the deposit is reduced. We will refund the cash part of your payment first and then the wallet payment.
