Once you have selected your digs and been through the process of filling in the details of who's staying and when, you will be asked to pay your 10% deposit.
You can now choose whether to pay your deposit payment via Paypal or via Credit/Debit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express (both Visa and Mastercard are 3D secure).
Either complete your card details as instructed and click 'Confirm Card Details' button OR click 'Check out with Paypal' button.
If paying by Credit/Debit Card, you will then be taken to the following screen. Please check the details and click the 'Confirm Booking' button:
You will be asked to confirm your payment details as below. If correct, please click the 'Continue To Next Step' button.
If paying by Paypal, you will see this screen. Please click the 'Pay Now' button.
You should then see this screen confirming your booking! (You can check the progress of your bookings by visiting your bookings page at any time. Please see this help article).
Note: Your request is sent to the Host and they have 24 hours to respond. Keep an eye on your email inbox or login and check your profile for status updates.
Note: If the Host rejects your booking or takes longer than 24 hours to respond, we will email you to let you know so you can try somewhere else.
