What is a Third Party booking?
Third party bookings are bookings which have been made on behalf of a Guest by a third party/colleague/agent.
1. Tap on your 'bookings' icon at the bottom of your screen to see your new booking:
2. Tap on 'View Booking' to see the details of your new booking.
3. On this next screen you will see the booking request from the third party booker, together with some information about the Guest including their name, plus a message from the booker with a few more details about the Guest.
4. To find out more about the Guest before accepting the booking, you can send as many messages as you wish to the third party booker. To message the third party booker tap on the 'Messages' button further down your screen, type in your message and then tap 'send'.
5. To accept the booking tap on 'accept booking':
That's it! You have now accepted a third party booking.
