How to set up TheatreDigsBooker email notifications

Making sure that all incoming mail from us is received is a great way to ensure that you never miss critical messages. Whether it be a new message, booking request or review! 


This guide will walk you through the process of configuring email notifications, helping you stay in the loop with your TheatreDigsBooker account. 

 


Gmail


1. Head over to your Gmail inbox and log in. Make sure that this is the inbox for account registered with TheatreDigsBooker. 




2. Then, click on the settings wheel at the top of the page. 




3. Now click on 'See all Settings'.




4. Scroll down to 'Desktop Notifications' and make sure 'Important mail notifications on' is checked. If not, enable it. 




5. Scroll down and click 'Save Changes'.




6. Now scroll back up and click on the 'Filters and Blocked Addresses' tab at the top.




7. Click on 'Create a new filter'. 




8. Enter 'support@theatredigsbooker.com' into the 'From' field and click 'Create Filter'.




9. Then click 'Always mark it as important' and then click 'Create filter'.




10. That's it! you should now receive all incoming mail from support@theatredigsbooker.com.
