You may have forgotten your password (we all do from time to time) or you may have an account from before the password system was integrated.
Either way, resetting your password is easy, just follow these few steps.
1. Click here (or copy and paste this link into your browser: https://www.theatredigsbooker.com/members/password/new)
2. Once you have entered your email address correctly, tap ‘Reset Password’ and an email will be sent to you.
Note: It is important to always use the same email address you signed up with.
3. Check your email inbox (or even Spam folder in you’re unlucky). You should have an email from ‘support@theatredigsbooker.com’.
Tap ‘Change my password’.
4. You will be taken back to a page on our site where you can enter your password. Please choose something memorable. Then tap ‘Change My Password’.
5. You will now be taken to your homepage. When the password has been successfully changed, you will see a little blue box on the top of your screen like this:
