OK. Unfortunately you are unable to accept a booking.


It is important that you reject a booking as soon as you know you are unable to accept as PayPal will continue to hold the Guest's deposit until the the booking has been officially rejected.


Although you may tell the Guest via the message facility that you are unable to accept their request, this does not officially reject the booking.



To reject a booking, you need to;


1. Sign in and visit your Bookings Page


Your pending booking requests should be displayed at the top of the page.


You will be asked whether you would like to Accept or Reject the booking. To reject;



2. Click the 'Reject Booking' button.






Once you have clicked 'Reject booking', you will have the option to proceed to reject, or edit the booking in order to accept.

If you still wish to reject the booking;



3. Select the 'I will continue to reject the booking' option from the drop down menu.




4. Select a reason for rejecting the booking. 


You should have two options; 'The room/property has no availability' or 'Other reason'. 


Please select the applicable statement.





5. Write a message to the Guest explaining why you are unable to accept their booking request.



6. Agree to the Terms and Conditions. 


 In order to finalise the cancellation, you must show you are in agreement with the TheatreDigsBooker Terms and Conditions by placing a tick in the box beside the statement.




7. Click 'Reject Booking' at the bottom of the page to confirm your cancellation.


8. Update your calendar.


If you have rejected the booking due to no availability, a reminder to update your calendar may be displayed on the page.


The page may also load your calendar for you to update. 


You can access your calendar by signing in and clicking here.






Rejected bookings automatically update the availability, refunds the Guest’s deposit and sends rejection notification emails to both parties. It can also affect a listing's ratings so please click on the link to read more about this.





Thats it! You have responded to your booking.


Once you’re happy just logout or quit your internet browser.
