If you need to change your registered email address, phone number or add a mobile number so that you can receive SMS notifications of bookings then you can do so by editing your profile.

How can I view my own Host profile?
How to edit your Host Profile
1. In order to make any amendments to your profile you must first log in as a host. You can do so by clicking the 'I'm a Host' button in the top right, or by clicking here.
2. Tap on the 'More' Tab at the bottom right.
3. Tap 'Profile'.
Here you can edit your account details, including email address and information 'About You'.
Please ensure that you include your current mobile number as this is a requirement of the site!
4. When you are done, tap 'Save changes'.
That's it! You have updated your account.
What can Guests see about you on the site?
Some of the information you enter on your 'Account' page is viewable to Guests when looking at your digs. Once a booking has been confirmed further information is emailed to the Guest.
Below is an example of a Host Profile Page. Guests can see the following:
- Your Photo.
- Your Name.
- A 'Verified Email' badge (Confirming that your email is correct).
- A 'Verbally Verified' badge (Confirming that we have spoken to you and verified your Digs).
- Your published Digs & links
- Your 'About Me' section.
Scrolling down further will show:
- Your Acceptance Rate.
- How long you have been Hosting.
- An Idea of how many bookings you have completed.
Below this, you will find reviews from previous Guests:
And beneath this you will find reviews that you have written about previous Guests:
Please note that:
- Guests can only view your Host Profile Page if they are logged on to the site as a Guest.
- If you have selected the 'theatre professionals only' privacy settings only Guests who have ticked the 'theatre professional' box can view your profile page.
How can I view my own Host profile?
You can view your Host Profile Page as Guests see it by clicking on 'View My Profile' link after tapping 'More'. (See step 2 above).
Once you’re happy, you can logout or quit your internet browser.
