How to view messages from a Host

Every time you receive a new message on TheatreDigsBooker, you will receive an email notification. This is a quick tutorial on how to view any previous or pending messages on the site.



1. Click on the link in the email sent - this will take you directly to our website.




2. From here, you will need to log in as a Guest.




3. Go to your ‘Messages’ tab and your new messages will be displayed here.

Note: When you have an unread message, this will appear bold and blue highlighted like in the image above.



4. Click in the box, type your reply in the box and then hit send! The recipient will receive a notification about this.



The terms and condition box is automatically pre-ticked for convenience. If you untick the box you will not be allowed to send the message. 


Thats it! you have sent your response to a Host. Happy messaging!
