Leaving TheatreDigsBooker or going on a break?  

 

You can deactivate your account, which allows you to reactivate it later, or you can permanently delete it.

Deactivate/Pause


To deactivate your account simply:


Visit 'My Account' page (on your navigation bar)


Hosts:

 
Guests: 

 
Scroll down the page and click on the 'Deactivate Account' button.
From there, follow the helpful prompts that will guide you through the steps.


 

When you deactivate your account:

  • You won't receive any messages from other users.
  • Your digs will be hidden if you’re a Host.
  • You'll be taken off any tours if you're a touring Guest.
  • Some information, like your reviews, may remain visible to others.

Note: 

  • You can not have any upcoming or requested bookings when deactivating or deleting your account. You have the option to cancel these or wait for your bookings to complete.
  • You can reactivate at any time in the future.

Reactivate/unpause (after deactivation):


Visit 'My Account' page again.  At first, you'll see a 'Reactivate Account' button. To access your past bookings and other information, please click the button and your account will be restored. Easy!

Delete permanently

To delete your account permanently simply:
 
Visit 'My Account' page (on your navigation bar)


Scroll down the page and click on the 'Delete my account' button.



When you permanently close and delete your account:

  • Your personal information will be permanently deleted, except for certain information that we’re legally required or permitted to retain, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • Once your account is deleted, you cannot reactivate it, recover any data, or regain access. You'll need to set up a new account if you want to use TheatreDigsBooker again.
