Restarting your Browser
Sometimes, a quick browser restart can resolve temporary glitches or errors. To do this:
- Close your browser completely, ensuring no tabs or windows are left open.
- Wait a few seconds, then reopen the browser and try accessing the website again.
Clearing your Browser Cache
TheatreDigsBooker stores temporary files in a cache to improve loading times. However, this data can sometimes cause errors. Clearing your cache might help.

Safari (iPhone)
1. Tap on your settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap on 'Safari'.
3. Tap on 'Advanced'.
4. Tap on 'Website Data'.
5. Tap on 'Remove all website data'.
Chrome
1. After opening Chrome, tap on the three dots.
2. Then, tap on 'Settings'.
3. Tap on 'Privacy & Security'.
4. Tap on 'Delete Browsing Data'.
5. Make sure that the time range states 'All time' and then tap on 'Delete browsing data'.
Sending us Information & Screenshots
If you've tried all of the above and the error still persists, then it's time to get in touch with us.
So that we can best assist you, we need the following information:
- The device you are using. (iPhone, Windows Desktop, Macbook etc.)
- The browser you are using and version. (Safari, Chrome, Firefox etc.)
- The page you were on. (Link to the URL)
- What you were trying to do. (Send a message, pick some dates etc.)
Screenshotting on iPhone
It's also really helpful when you send us a screenshot of the issue. To take a screenshot on your iPhone, simultaneously press and then release the power/lock button and the volume up button. The screen should flash. The resulting screenshot will be saved to your recent photos folder.

Screenshotting on Mac
If you're on a Mac, press "Shift-Command-3" simultaneously. This will save a screenshot to your desktop.

Screenshotting on Windows
For windows users, press "Start-Shift-S" to bring up the screenshot window (located at the top of your screen). Then click on the fullscreen clip icon. This will save an image of your screen to your clipboard which you can then paste into an email.
