Why is my listing showing as 'unbookable' due to licensing?
If your nation requires you to obtain a short-term let licence and you haven't added any licence details to your listing, your digs will stay unbookable until you've added a licence or indicated that you have started the application. That means Guests can't find your digs on the site and you won't receive any bookings.
